Administration. -The SUNN shall have the general powers of a corporation set forth in Republic Act No. 11232, otherwise known as the "Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines". The administration of the SUNN and the exercise of its corporate powers shall be vested exclusively in the Board and the President.
