Repealing Clause. - Article 202 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 10158, is deemed repealed and Republic Act No. 9208. as amended by Republic Act No. 10364, is hereby further amended. All laws, acts, presidential decrees, executive orders, administrative orders, and rules and regulations inconsistent with or contrary to the provisions of this Act are deemed amended, modified, or repealed accordingly: Provided, That this Act shall not in any way amend or repeal the provisions of Republic Act No. 7610, otherwise known as the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.
