The authorized bed capacity of the Ilocos Sur District Hospital-Magsingal (ISDHM) in the Municipality of Magsingal, Province of Ilocos Sur is hereby increased from twenty-five (25) to one hundred (100) beds. Any future increase in bed capacity shall be consistent with the hospital development plan which shall be prepared by the Chief of Hospital, and submitted to the Department of Health (DOH).
