The Bangsamoro Government of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) shall provide the necessary funds for the maintenance and other operating expenses of the Dr. Serapio B. Montaner, Jr. Memorial Hospital. It shall also appropriate funds for human resource complement to support the increase in bed capacity and the corresponding upgrading of its service facilities and professional health care services. The Secretary of the DOH shall include in the Departments subsidy program, support for the capital outlays of the said hospital.
