Special Election of Barangay Officials. - The first set of officials of the barangays created under this Act shall be elected not later than ninety (90) days from approval by majority of the votes cast in a plebiscite held pursuant to Section 3 of this Act. Said special election shall be conducted and supervised by the COMELEC.
The expenses for such special elections shall be borne by the City of San Jose del Monte, Province of Bulacan.1aшphi1
