Congressional Oversight. The Congressional Oversight Committee on Agricultural and Fisheries Modernization (COCAFM) shall exercise oversight functions over the implementation of this Act. In line with this, COCAFM shall conduct an independent review of the use of the Special Fund administered by the implementing agencies.
