Annual Reports. The BSP shall furnish reports on the compliance with the mandatory agriculture, fisheries and rural development financing requirement, including information on amount of agri-agra penalties collected and remitted to the implementing agencies as identified under Sections 9, 10 and 11 of this Act, to the ACPC and the Congress on a yearly basis. The BSP shall, as part of its regulatory functions, monitor the compliance by the banks with the requirements of this Act.
