Mandatory Review. This Act shall be reviewed at least once every five (5) years or as often as may be deemed necessary by the Congress of the Philippines, with the primary objective of enacting necessary reforms to respond to emerging needs and developments in the creative industry, which may include a review of existing governance structures.
