Creative Workers' Welfare Standing Committee. There is hereby created a Creative Workers' Welfare Committee, hereinafter referred to as the Committee, which shall be a standing committee of the Council. The Committee shall ensure that creative freelancers and creative workers have access to sustainable and dignified work in the creative industries.
