Creation of Barangay Batucan. -The sitio of Batucan is hereby separated from Barangay del Monte in the Municipality of Talacogon, Province of Agusan del Sur and constituted as a distinct and independent barangay to be known as Barangay Batucan.1a⍵⍴h!1
