Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Within sixty (60) days from the effectivity of thisAct, the DSWD, in coordination with the DepEd, the ECCD Council, the DOH, the DOJ, and the DILG, shall issue the rules and regulations for the effective implementation of thisAct.
The IRR issued pursuant to this section shall take effect thirty (30) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
