Creation of Barangay Pangaylan-IP. The sitio of Pangaylan-IP is hereby separated from Barangay Poblacion I in the Municipality of Santiago, Province of Agusan del Norte and constituted as a distinct and independent barangay to be known as Barangay Pangaylan-IP.
