Oversight. Congress shall conduct a regular review of the implementation of and compliance with thisAct, which shall entail a systematic evaluation of the performance of the concerned agencies with respect to its intent and objectives. The review shall be undertaken by the committees of the Senate and the House of Representatives that have legislative jurisdiction over thisAct.
