City Schools Division. The Department of Education (DepEd) shall establish and maintain a City Schools Division of the City of Baliwag whose area of jurisdiction will cover all the school districts within the City.
The City Schools Division shall be headed by a City Schools Division Superintendent who must possess the necessary qualifications required by the DepEd.
