The AMLC shall share information relating to activities prohibited under thisActwith the NCC-OSAEC-CSAEM for the purpose of prosecuting offenders alleged to have committed such activities. This information may be shared among AMLA-covered institutions to facilitate compliance with their obligations as reporting entities under thisAct.
