Syndicated and Large-Scale Violations of thisAct. Any violation of thisActshall be deemed to have been committed by a syndicate if carried out by a group of three (3) or more persons conspiring or confederating with one another. If the crime was committed against three (3) or more persons, it shall be considered as large-scale violation of thisAct.
