Inclusion in the MBLISTTDA. Adjoining LGUs that opt to be included in the MBLISTTDA shall be allowed:Provided, That a Sanggunian Resolution for the purpose has been passed and duly approved:Provided, further, That there shall be a concurrence from the MBLISTTDA Council.
