Classification as a National Park. The SIWS is comprised of two (2) parcels of land of the public domain situated within Sicogon Island, Municipality of Carles, Province of Iloilo. All lands of the public domain within the coverage and scope of the SIWS shall fall under the classification of national park as provided for in Article XII, Section 3 of the Constitution.
