The Assistant City Civil Registrar. - (a) The Assistant City Civil Registrar must be a citizen of the Philippines, a resident of the City of Carmona, of good moral character, a holder of bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university, a first grade civil service eligible, and must have acquired at least three (3) years experience in civil registry work or any related field.
(b) The Assistant City Civil Registrar shall assist in the City Civil Registrar and perform such other duties as may be assigned by the latter.
(c) The Assistant City Civil Registrar shall receive such compensation, emoluments and allowances as may be determined by law.
