The City Registry of Deeds Office. - There shall be established in the City a Registry of Deeds Office, subject to the standards, rules, and regulations as may be promulgated by the DOJ, which shall discharge its duties under the general supervision of the Administrator of the Land Registration Authority and the Secretary of the DOJ.
