Implementing Rules and Regulations.- Within sixty (60) days from the effectivity of this Act, the DAR, in coordination with the Executive Committee of the Presidential Agrarian Reform Council (PARC), with the technical assistance of the LBP, shall issue rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
