Disposal of Investment Assets. - Notwithstanding any law, rules, regulations, or other issuances to the contrary, the disposal by MIC, pursuant to its mandate and functions, of shares, securities, and other interests and investments, shall not be covered by existing laws and regulations on disposal of government assets.
