Right to Freedom of Information of the Public.- All documents of the MIF and the MIC shall be open, available, and accessible to the public, as may be allowed by law, in both English and Filipino, including but not limited to:

(a) investments thereof, by the MIC and on the portfolio of the MIF;

(b) The Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALNs) of the members and officials of the Board of Directors, Risk Management Committee, and Advisory Body;

(c) The SALNs of those who appointed and designated the said members and officials;

(d) Audit documents from the COA; and

(e) Similar documents and information.
