Appropriations.- The amount necessary to carry out the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the DTI. Thereafter, such amount as may be necessary for the continued implementation of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
The LGUs concerned shall set aside the amount needed for the operation of the OTOP-LPO and OTOP Hubs under Sections 11 and 12 hereof.
