Thirteenth Month Pay. - A caregiver who has rendered at least one (1) month of service is entitled to a thirteenth month pay which shall not be less than one-twelfth (1/12) of his/her total basic salary earned in a calendar year.
The thirteenth month pay shall be paid not later than December 24 of every year or upon separation from employment.
