Non-Diminution of Pay and Benefits. - All existing arrangements between a caregiver and the employer shall be adjusted to conform to the minimum standards set by this Act. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to cause the diminution or substitution of any pay and benefits currently enjoyed by the caregiver hired directly by the employer or through a PEA.
