Implementing Rules and Regulations. - Within one hundred twenty (120) days from the effectivity of this Act, the DOLE Secretary shall in coordination with the TESDA Director General and other concerned agencies, promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), in coordination with DOLE, TESDA, and other concerned agencies, shall issue the rules and regulations for the recruitment and deployment of Filipino caregivers for overseas employment to ensure their protection, including their reintegration.
