Joint Congressional Oversight Committee. - A Joint Congressional Oversight Committee is hereby created to oversee the implementation of this Code. The Committee shall be composed of five (5) members each from the Senate and House of Representatives to be designated by the Senate President and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, respectively. The Committee shall be jointly chaired by the respective Chairpersons of the House Committee on Public Works and Highways, the House Committee on Appropriations, the Senate Committee on Public Works, and the Senate Committee on Finance.
