Authority to Issue Compliance Order. The DTI Secretary shall have the power to issue a compliance order to require conformity with this Act, Republic Act No. 7394 or the "Consumer Act of the Philippines", or any other applicable trade and consumer protection issuances promulgated by the DTI.
