Appropriations. - The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act, including those required to fund the plantilla positions of teaching and non-teaching personnel of the LNU-San Isidro Campus, shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act (GAA).
The Municipality of San Isidro shall provide the same assistance until such time that the amount necessary for the continued operation and maintenance of the LNU-San Isidro Campus shall be included in the annual GAA.
