Appropriations. - The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act, including those required to fund the plantilla positions of teaching and non-teaching personnel of the BPSU-Bagac Campus, shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act (GAA).
The Municipality of Bagac shall continue to provide funding assistance for the operations of the BPSU-Bagac Campus until such time that the amount necessary for its concerned operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual GAA.
