Applicability of Data Privacy Principles. - The processing, recording, transmission and storage of all personal data under this Act shall be in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the "Data Privacy Act of 2012:, and other laws on disclosure of information to the public in adherence to the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose and proportionality.
