Management of Personnel, Assets and Records of the Campus. - A fifty (50)-hectare parcel of land belonging to the Floridablanca National Agricultural School (FNAS) located in the FNAS-Main Campus shall be transferred to and titled under the PSAU and shall be the site of the PSAU-Floridablanca Campus: Provided, That should the PSAU cease to exist or be abolished or should such aforementioned parcels of land be no longer needed by the PSAU, the same shall revert to the concerned local government unit or to the Republic of the Philippines, as the case may be.
