Filing of Report. - On or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the second (2nd) month after the opening of regular classes each year, the Board shall file a detailed report on the progress, condition, and needs of the BulSU with the Office of the President of the Philippines and both Houses of Congress, through the Chairperson of the CHED.
