General Mandate. - The BulSU shall primarily provide advanced education, higher technological, professional courses and training programs in engineering and technology, arts and sciences, education, agriculture and industrial fields, accountancy, business and public administration, medicine and allied health courses, hotel and restaurant management, tourism, aeronautics, artificial intelligence and robotics, law, nontraditional research and extension services and production activities, in support of the socioeconomic development of the Province of Bulacan and Central Luzon Region.
