Efficient Implementation of the Value-Added Tax (VAT) Refund. - Notwithstanding any existing rules, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) shall implement a streamlined requirement and process for faster VAT refund of entities with Tatak Pinoy-related transactions.
