Transfer of Public Lands Identified as Suitable for Salt Production from DENR to BFAR. - The DENR is hereby mandated to transfer public lands mapped out, identified, and designated as suitable for salt production under its administrative jurisdiction to BFAR. It shall do so within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act.
