Sharing of Expenses. - In case the landholder and the tenant agree to share equally in the expenses of final harrowing of field and transplanting, the latter may engage the services of persons or helpers to perform these phases of farm work, provided the rates for each shall have been previously determined and agreed upon between the landholder and the tenant. In case of disagreement upon said rates, the party who undertakes to the corresponding share in the harvest, after deducting the expenses of reaping.
