Rights of Landholder-lessor. - The landholder-lessor or his duly authorized representatives shall have the right to inspect the premises of the land which is the subject of the lease for the purpose of ascertaining the tenant's compliance with the provisions of the contract and of this Act, but in no case shall he exercise any coercion, intimidation or violence in word or deed.
