Applicability of Other Laws. - For purposes of implementing the provisions of this Act, penalties provided in Republic Act No. 9485 or the "Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007", as amended by Republic Act No. 11032 or the "Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018", and Republic Act No. 10625 or the "Philippine Statistical Act of 2013", shall apply.
