Appropriations. - The amount necessary to cover the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the departments or agencies concerned. Thereafter, the amount necessary for its continued implementation shall be included in the respective budgets of the departments and agencies concerned in the annual General Appropriations Act.
