Upskilling and Reskilling of Workers. - The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) shall, in collaboration with relevant government agencies and various stakeholders, develop and implement a system of continuing skills upgrading, reskilling, and training of workers in the movie and television industry.
