Movie and Television Industry Tripartite Council. - There shall be a Movie and Television Industry Tripartite Council comprised of govenrment representatives and representatives from the employers or principals and workers in the movie and television, industry. The Council shall serve as a continuing forum for tripartite advisement and consultation with the industry stakeholders on policies and programs pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 10395, otherwise known as "An Act Strengthening Tripartism, Amending for the Purpose Article 275 of Presidential Decree No. 442, as Amended, Otherwise known as the Labor Code of the Philippines".
