Effect on Existing Company Policies and Contracts or Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs). - The minimum benefits provided in this Act shall be without prejudice to any existing company policy, contract or CBA providing better terms and conditions of employment. Furthermore, nothing in this Act shall diminish the benefits under existing laws currently enjoyed by the worker.
