Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR). - Within sixty (60) days from the effectivity of this Act, the DILG, NEDA, and DBM, in consultation with the provincial governments of Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental, and Siquijor, are mandated to promulgate the IRR in relation to this Act.
