Transmission of Real Property Transactions Data to the BLGF. - Upon operationalization of the real property transactions database as provided in Section 22 of this Act, it shall be the duty of the registers of deeds, BIR, notaries public, officials issuing building permits, and the geodetic engineers conducting surveys within a locality to electronically transmit to the BLGF, free of charge, relevant real property transactions data, every quarter in accordance with the rules and regulations to be promulgated by the Secretary of Finance.
