Reportorial Requirements. - The BLGF shall submit to the joint Congressional Oversight Committee on the Comprehensive Tax Reform Program (COCCTRP) created under the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997, as amended, a detailed report on the implementation of this Act during the first quarter of every year.
