Private Legal Assistance. - All members of the BAC. TWG, and Secretariat, are hereby authorized to engage the services of private lawyers or external counsel immediately upon receipt of notice that an administrative, civil of criminal action, suit or proceeding is filed against them in connection with the performance of their functions and duties. The lawyer's fee shall be part of the indemnification package for the members of the BAC, TWG, and Secretariat, subject to the provisions of Section 107 thereof.
