Pooled Procurement. - Procuring Entities shall consider the advantages of a pooled procurement mechanism as a procurement strategy, by collaborating or consolidating their requirements in a single, joint, bulk, or group procurement in order to achieve greater value for money and procurement efficiency through demand aggregation, improve quality standards by combining technical capacity, and to increase availability and secure sustainability of supplies.
