Electronic Payment. - The electronic and uniform payment system to be used by the Procuring Entity and suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, contractors, consultants, and service providers shall be defined in the context of the Integrated Financial Management Information System to be developed by the DBM, Commission on Audit (COA), and Department of Finance (DOF).
